Persons with disabilities, the elderly and limited English-speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their tax returns are encouraged to participate.

Products that face separate tax rates include alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and gasoline. For alcohol and cigarettes, rates are assessed based on the quantity of the product purchased.
